A decent guide, but seriously Ebay? Why wait for outrageous prices for ebay when you can go to online stores and buy the parts for much cheaper. Ebay is only someplace you should go if you can't find it anyplace else. And make sure to get a video card with at least a TV out, or DVI so you can hook it up to you flat screen TV. Otherwise your stuck with lackluster video output.

I would also appreciate an example of the said batch file. I would also like to know if you've had any issues running the program on manual with dvix (in the avi header of course)
Thanks for your time.

Ian,
If you have girder or a comparable app, you might consider setting it up so you can control Netflix with your remote control. Makes life much easier :)

Would you care to share some exmaples of your batch file to read a directory of your files and convert them. I have everything else working and am familiar with windows scheduled tasks but I am running into a road block trying to automate this. Any help or examples you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
